For Winzer pancakes, mix eggs, salt, milk and flour into a pancake batter and let rest for 20 minutes. Heat oil in a pan and fry thin pancakes, keeping them warm. In a pan melt sugar to caramel, pour 3/4 of the milk and boil until smooth.
Mix the pudding powder with the remaining milk, thicken the sauce with it, stir in the rum, let it cool down a bit and mix in the whipped cream with the grapes.
Spread the filling over the pancakes, then fold them into a triangle. Arrange on warmed plates, sprinkle with powdered sugar, decorate with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Serve the Winzer pancakes immediately.
