For sweet Easter nests, first butter a muffin tin. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Mix the cinnamon and sugar.

Place the dough in a large bowl and pull apart a little. Drizzle with the melted butter and sprinkle evenly with the cinnamon sugar.

Then divide the dough between the cavities of the muffin cups. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until the nests are crisp and golden brown. Check again and again. Remove and let cool.

Form the white base for the Easter eggs from the fondant. When the dough nests have cooled, place the fondant nests on top.

Finally, place a sugar egg on each of the sweet Easter nests.
