T-Bone Steaks with Bacon Beans

For the bacon beans:















Instructions:

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic until translucent. Cut bacon into small cubes and fry briefly. Cut tomatoes into pieces, stir in and simmer for about 10 minutes. Rinse beans and carefully stir in. Cook gently for a few minutes and season with salt, pepper and marjoram. Sear T-bone steaks in hot drippings, turn and season seared side with salt, pepper and Dijon mustard. Turn again and season the second side. Turn again and sear briefly. Remove the meat from the pan and keep warm. Deglaze the roast stock with red wine and let it boil down, put the meat back in and heat it up again. Serve with the bacon beans.
