For the Calzone (Stuffed Pizza) prepare the pizza dough according to the basic recipe and roll out the dough balls thinly to the desired size. Cut mozzarella into small cubes and ham into strips. Then top each half of the pizza with diced mozzarella, crumbled ricotta and strips of ham and season with oregano, salt and pepper.
Fold the pizza, moisten the edges with a little water and press firmly together. Brush the calzone patties with tomato paste, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
