Core the apples with a corer and cut into 1 cm thick slices. Heat 30 g butter in a coated frying pan and roast the apple slices in it over medium heat for 2 min on each side. Mix cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle on apples and lightly caramelize. Remove slices from frying pan and cool a little.
