For the meatballs, first peel and finely dice the garlic clove and onion. Knead together with minced meat, minced pork, herbs and remaining ingredients to form a dough. Season to taste.
Form eight meat loaves from the dough. Grill on an oil-covered grill (or in a large frying pan) for about 10 minutes on each side.
Garnish the meatballs with cress.
