For the apple-carrot-banana-kiwi jam, weigh the fruit unprepared, then clean and chop.
Puree all fruit ingredients with a hand blender and mix well with the preserving sugar and spices, preferably right in the pot.
If the mass is too dry, add a little water. Then bring the jam to the boil according to the instructions on the sugar package and after a few minutes of cooking time fill into the prepared jars.
