Instructions:

For the fried veal medallions, first wash the medallions, then pat dry.

Salt and pepper the veal medallions, coat in flour and fry in hot oil for about 1/2 minute on each side.

Add fresh butter and fry each side again for about 1 1/2 minutes.

Remove the fried veal medallions and serve with any garnish.
