If you want it to go quickly, take the ready-made strudel dough, otherwise you can of course make it yourself.
For the sauerkraut strudel, peel and dice the onions and sauté in a pan with a little fat until translucent. Add chopped garlic cloves and sauté briefly. Remove the pan from the heat and add the remaining ingredients (except dough) and mix everything well.
Now you can cover the rolled out strudel dough with the sauerkraut filling and roll it up.
Bake the sauerkraut strudel in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 30-40 minutes.
