For the elderberry-pear-plum jam, pluck the washed elderberries, chop the peeled and pitted pears into cubes, pit the plums and chop the fruit.
Now mix1 kg of fruit mass with juice of one lemon and some lemon peel grated and jelling sugar and let it infuse for 3-4 h with closed lid. Then bring to a boil while stirring, boil bubbling for 3 min.
Fill the elderberry-pear-plum jam hot into jars and quickly close with twist-off lids.
