Instructions:

Defrost puff pastry according to instructions, roll out to baking sheet size and cut in half lengthwise once. Stir together onions, cheese, ham and sour cream or crème fraiche. Spread evenly on puff pastry, then roll each piece lengthwise to form a “sausage”. Next, cut into small slices so it looks like snails.

Bake at 200 °C convection oven for about 20 min.

Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give your dish a wonderful touch!
