Pan-Fried Vegetables
For the pan-fried vegetables, chop the garlic, coarsely chop the vegetables. Heat oil strongly in a wok or frying pan, sauté garlic, add the carrots and also sauté briefly. Add mushrooms, spinach and Chinese cabbage and fry briefly. Immediately deglaze with water, season with soy sauce and salt. Serve the pan-fried vegetables.
