For the roasted veal breast, finely chop the onion and garlic. Season the veal breast with salt, pepper and caraway seeds. Place the veal breast in a roasting pan with a lid.

Sprinkle garlic and onion over it, pour in veal stock and roast at 180 degrees convection for about 1 hour. Cut the roasted veal breast into slices and serve.
