Knead the dough together, rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Spread on it in a cake springform pan and form a rim. Cut sausage into cubes, olives into slices. Whisk milk, cheese, eggs and spices, stir in sausage and olives briefly, spread evenly on the dough and bake in the stove until golden brown.
