Peel and press garlic. Melt butter, sauté onions until golden brown. Stir in flour, brown very lightly. Mix in garlic, pour in hot soup, simmer for 10 min. Stir sour cream with a whisking rod until smooth, remove soup from heat and stir in sour cream (with the sour cream, the soup should no longer boil). Season to taste with salt, pepper and parsley.
