For the potato cake with bacon, preheat the oven to 180°C degrees. Peel and finely grate the potatoes and mix them with the bacon, eggs, milk, oil and flour to form a dough. Season with salt, thyme and nutmeg. Finally, mix the chopped parsley into the dough. Pour the dough into a greased round springform pan and bake the potato cake with bacon for about an hour at 180°C degrees in the oven until golden brown.
