For the shrimp toast, peel and fillet the orange (separate into wedges and peel off the white membranes). Remove the crusts from the toast slices and toast them. Mix the mayonnaise with chopped dill and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the shrimps with the dill mayonnaise. Place one slice of toast on each plate. Arrange the shrimp salad on top, add the orange fillets. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place on top. Cut the remaining slices of toast in half diagonally and arrange them decoratively on top of the shrimp toast.
