For sheep’s cheese wrapped in bacon, cut the sheep’s cheese into 12 equal cubes. Wrap each cube with a strip of bacon. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the cheese packets (first end down because otherwise the bacon will rise) in the hot oil briefly very hot on both sides.

If there is not enough heat, the cheese will melt before the bacon is crispy. Serve the bacon-wrapped feta immediately and enjoy warm.
