For the rum raisin cookies, soak the raisins in rum for 5-24 hours, depending on the desired flavor intensity. Mix the flour, sugar, butter, vanilla sugar, egg yolks and the grated nuts in a food processor.
Gently stir the well-drained raisins into the dough with a wooden spoon. Now, according to taste, form into round cookies about 5-10 cm in size and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
