A cake recipe for all foodies:

(*) for a 24 cm loaf/cake pan, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and rum or orange juice gradually to the butter mixture, stirring throughout.

Add pineapple chunks, pumpkin and hazelnuts. Fold the flour mixed with baking powder into the mixture. Pour the batter into the buttered pan. Bake the pumpkin pie in a heated oven at 190 degrees for about 40 minutes.
