For the pepper cream sauce, dice the onion and sauté. Season with ground pepper, stir and pour 500-750 ml of water.

Add bouillon cubes and stir well. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

Remove from heat and whisk in 1/2 cup sour cream until well blended.

Taste the pepper cream sauce and add more sour cream if needed.
