Instructions:

For the paradeis, lightly roast onions, cabbage and garlic in clarified butter, add sugar and caraway seeds and deglaze with paradeis sauce.

Mix in sliced tomatoes, sliced peppers and pour in vegetable soup.

Season to taste with pepper, chili powder and salt. Simmer for about 1/2 hour and round off with a little vinegar.
