Chop dried fruit into coarse pieces. Put sugar, curd, vanilla sugar, salt, eggs, oil, coffee cream in a large enough bowl and stir with a hand mixer. Sift the flour and baking powder and add by the spoonful, kneading everything together well. Finally, add the dried fruit and use some dried fruit for decoration. Knead the dough on a lightly floured work pan with your hands until smooth. Put everything in a greased loaf pan or in another form and bake in a heated stove at 175 °C for 1 hour. Cool slightly. Warm the jam a little bit and pour it over the bread and decorate with the dried fruits and glaze with the jam.
