For the ham and cheese croissants, first knead the flour, baking powder, curd cheese, milk, oil, egg white and salt into a dough.
Roll out the dough on a floured work surface (Ø 30 cm) and divide into 8 parts. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 180 °C top and bottom heat.
Now cut the ham into small pieces and spread them on the corners. Leave a margin of at least 5 mm. Also spread the cheese on the ham and roll up the croissants from the long side.
Then mix 1 tablespoon of milk with the egg yolk and brush the croissants with it. Bake for 25 minutes on the middle rack until brown and then enjoy the ham and cheese croissants warm.
