A Greek salad tastes wonderful as a light summer dish!
To prepare, first slice the cucumber, then quarter it. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Peel the onion and cut into half, thin rings.
Cut the feta cheese into small cubes. Put everything in a salad bowl and add the olives.
Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle lots of oregano and mix everything well.
A Greek salad is finished with oil and vinegar as a marinade.
