For the Eskimos put flour, dry yeast, salt, powdered sugar in a bowl and mix. Add the egg yolks, slightly warmed milk and melted butter and knead into a yeast dough.
Let the dough rise. Form fist-sized balls, roll out oval tongues, fill with apricot jam and roll into sticks.
Bake at 190 degrees for about 20 minutes. Coat the Eskimos with apricot jam while they are still hot and turn them in coconut.
