Instructions:

For the chicken sate with mango salad, cut the chicken breasts into thin strips. Sprinkle the barbecue seasoning on top, mix well to incorporate.

Skewer the chicken breasts on oiled wooden skewers in a wavy pattern.

Core, peel and dice the mangoes, dice the onion as well. Mix with oil, parsley, lime juice, chili and let rest.

Mix the peanut cream with lemon juice, yogurt, salt and pepper and the chili sauce until smooth, add more yogurt or milk if necessary. Fry the sate in olive oil and serve with sauce and salad.
