Coarsely dice the beef.
Crush peeled garlic cloves, mix with salt, olive oil, pepper, chopped mint leaves.
Mix with the meat and sear it all around, then put it in a roasting pan.
Quarter the peeled onions and add them, add the tomatoes, let them steam for 60 minutes with the lid closed in the stove at 200 °C.
Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds and cut into pieces. Simmer in the roaster for the last 30 minutes:
Season with pepper and salt and serve.
