Preheat oven to 175 °C. Prepare muffin baking tray. Mash bananas with fork or hand blender. Add flax seeds, almond milk, coconut oil, honey and mix.
Add sugar, rolled oats, baking soda, baking powder, salt and flour. Mix the batter well and pour it into the muffin cups.
Sprinkle some berries and nuts on top. Bake muffins for about 35 minutes.
