Instructions:

For the asparagus pizza with dried tomatoes, first prepare the yeast dough. Mix warm water (45°C) with sugar and yeast. Make a crater in the middle of a bowl with flour and mix the yeast-water mixture in it with some flour. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, knead the egg and salt into the yeast dough, and let it rise for another 10 minutes in a warm place. Then knead again until there are no more lumps.

Roll out the yeast dough thinly on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Mix the crème fraîche and sour cream together and season with salt, pepper and a little lemon juice.

Peel the asparagus raw, cut in half and cut lengthwise into pieces. Roughly chop the tomatoes and cut the chives into fine rings.

Spread the crème fraîche on the pizza base and arrange the asparagus and tomatoes on top.

Bake the asparagus pizza with dried tomatoes at 160°C top and bottom heat for 25 to 30 minutes. After baking, sprinkle with arugula and drizzle with olive oil.
