A cake recipe for all foodies:
(*) Baking tray of 30 x 20 cm.
Cook the asparagus in a little water, sugar and butter for 8 minutes, remove and drain well.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 2 mm and spread it on the buttered baking tray.
Spread the cheese evenly on the dough and cover with the asparagus. Mix the ingredients for the glaze together and spread evenly over the asparagus.
Bake in the oven heated to 200 °C for about 30 min. Rest for 5 minutes before cutting.
