For the apricot-apple-peach jam, weigh the fruit unprepared. Then chop a little and mix everything in a blender to a fine fruit pulp.
Put the fruit pulp in a suitable saucepan with the jelling sugar and the cinnamon (to taste, can be omitted). Bring everything to a boil while stirring and simmer for 6 to 9 minutes.
After the jelly test, pour the finished jam into prepared jars and seal them immediately.
