Instructions:

For the apple strudel cake, preheat the oven to 200 °C. Grease the mold. For the batter, beat eggs and 125 g sugar until creamy. Add oil and 100 ml apple juice while stirring.

Mix flour, nuts and baking powder and stir in. Pour the batter into the baking pan. Bake in the oven (bottom) for 20-25 minutes. Let cake cool.

Peel, quarter, core and coarsely grate apples, sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix in almond slivers and raisins. Place the cake ring around the cake.

Mix 475 ml apple juice, 3 tablespoons sugar and cake glaze, prepare a glaze according to package instructions. Mix in the apple mixture. Spread the mixture on the cake, let it set in the refrigerator in about 30 minutes.

Whip the cream, vanilla sugar and cream stiffener until stiff, spread on the cake. Use the back of a spoon to make indentations in the whipped cream. Sift cinnamon powder over the top.

Refrigerate the apple strudel cake overnight.
