For the giant chocolate donut cake, beat egg whites until stiff. Beat egg yolks with sugar until foamy, sift in cocoa powder and flour.
Finally, gently fold in the egg whites. Pour batter into an oiled and floured donut baking pan, smooth out and bake at 180 °C for approx. 40 minutes.
Allow cake to cool and turn out onto a rack. Finally, cover with chocolate glaze.
