For the vegetable tuna salad, wash the carrots, peppers and tomatoes, sort them and cut them into small pieces. Wash the corn and beans, add them and mix everything well.
Hard boil the eggs for about 10 minutes, cut each into quarters and spread on the salad. Drain the oil from the tuna and place it in the center of the bowl.
Drizzle the eggs with a little chive sauce.
