Peel and coarsely dice a rutabaga, add diced celery and chopped onions and sauté in a large saucepan with a little clarified butter.
Add the coarsely diced beef jerky and fill up with beef broth and cook the stew until it is creamy. Sprinkle with chopped parsley when serving.
Tip: Instead of clarified butter, you can also use butter in most cases.
