For the beef soup, let the thoroughly washed beef stand in plenty of cold water for an hour.

Boil the beef for 2 hours in 2 liters of water with peppercorns, 1 onion and 2 spring onions until soft. While doing this, use a spoon to carefully remove any foam that forms on the surface of the water.

Clean the soybean sprouts and boil them in plenty of cold water with a little salt.

Clean the Good Heinrich. Cut the remaining spring onions into strips about 12 cm long.

Take the softly cooked beef out of the meat broth and cut it into thin strips. The meat broth will be used later.

Put the rest of the ingredients (except the spring onions and meat broth) in a large bowl and mix everything with the previously prepared spicy sauce.

For the chili oil, now mix the hot chili powder with cooking oil and heat it.

Add the prepared chili oil to the ingredients in the bowl and boil everything.

Lastly, add the spring onion strips and boil it all up again briefly. Salt the spicy beef soup to taste before serving.
