1. clean, rinse and divide cauliflower into roses. Defrost frozen cauliflower. Cook cauliflower in 1/2 liter (500 ml) lightly salted water for 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain. Measure 350 ml vegetable water.
Remove the peel from the garlic clove, press it through a press and roast it with the minced meat and the paradeis pulp in 2-3 tbsp of hot oil. Season the mince with salt, pepper and thyme and place in a greased gratin dish.
Spread the cauliflower florets evenly on top.
3. add 1 sachet Knorr Fix für Karfiol-Schinken-Gratin to the vegetable water and bring to the boil while stirring.
Pour the sauce over the cauliflower and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a heated oven at 200 °C (gas: level 3/circulating air: 175 °C ) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with boiled potatoes.
Tip: It’s best to use your favorite ham – then your dish tastes twice as good!
