Instructions:

Melt the fat. Roughly dice cleaned apples, peppers, garlic clove, onions and cucumber. Braise in the fat. Pour in clear soup. Stew for 20 minutes until soft. Cut bread slices and add. Add sour cream and spices. Stir well. Serve with chopped chives.
