First, mix all the ingredients for the dough and stir until smooth.
For the nut filling, slowly boil the milk together with the sugar and vanilla sugar and then stir in the nuts. Add a little cinnamon and cardamom to taste. Keep the nut filling warm.
Heat a little oil in a pan and pour in just enough batter to cover the bottom of the pan. Allow the pancake to set and turn. When the pancake is golden brown on both sides, remove and keep warm.
Continue until the batter is used up and all the pancakes are ready.
Now spread the pancakes with the nut filling and roll them up.
Serve the pancakes with whipped cream and sprinkled with powdered sugar.
