For the ham cauliflower, cut the cauliflower and cook in salted water. Cut the raw ham into small leaves.
Line a baking dish with baking paper. Put the cauliflower in it and spread the prosciutto over it. Whisk the milk with the eggs.
Add the canola oil, salt and pepper, mix and pour over the cauliflower and ham. Bake the ham cauliflower in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 – 30 minutes.
