For the trout fillets with almond butter, wash the trout fillets and sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Heat the oil in a pan, flour the trout fillets and place them skin side down in the pan, when the skin is nice and crispy turn the trout fillets over.
Heat butter in a pan until brown, add flaked almonds. Arrange trout fillets on plates and baste with almond butter.
