For the woodchip baguettes, preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut the meat into very fine, small cubes, fry in a little olive oil and season with BBQ seasoning, salt, cumin and rosemary.
Fry the meat until it is cooked. Wash the bell bell pepper and cut it into fine strips. Strain the mozzarella and cut into thin slices.
Cut the baguettes lengthwise and spread the 4 halves thinly with tomato paste. Peel the onion, cut into thin rings and place on top of the tomato paste.
Spread the meat pieces on top of the onion, place the bell pepper strips on top of the meat and finally place the mozzarella slices on top. Sprinkle with some oregano and put in the oven. Bake the woodchip baguettes until the cheese is golden brown.
