A cake recipe for all foodies:
Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Lightly grease 2 baking trays or line with parchment paper. Whip the light butter with the sugar, orange zest and vanilla powder for 5 minutes until creamy, then slowly add the soy drink. Once the light butter and sugar mixture is well combined with the soy milk, incorporate the flour. Place the batter in a piping bag fitted with a large nozzle and pipe cookies the size of a smaller coin, spacing them out on the baking sheets. The cookies will run apart as they bake. Bake the cookies for 8-9 minutes or until they are light brown around the edges. Carefully remove from baking sheet and keep cooled in a tin.
