Instructions:

For the coffee cream, soak the gelatine in cold water for about 5 minutes. Squeeze out and dissolve in a little hot coffee.

Stir in cocoa and sugar as well as the remaining cold coffee and chill. When the cream begins to set, fold in the stiffly whipped cream.

Pour the coffee cream into glasses and chill until ready to serve.
