Instructions:

For the buttermilk cake, melt 5 ribs of cooking chocolate in the oven at approx. 180°C. Cream butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs and mix in the chocolate, add flour and sifted baking powder and finally stir in the buttermilk. Pour the mixture into a large greased and floured pan and bake the buttermilk cake at about 200°C for 45-60 minutes.
