For the arichoke quiche, first prepare the dough. To do this, quickly knead the flour with salt, butter cubes, egg and a dash of milk into a shortcrust pastry. Wrap in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Chop the thawed artichokes, onion and garlic clove.

Mix the vegetables with ricotta, stracchino, egg, soup powder and some pepper.

Roll out the dough, line a tart pan with it and spread with the artichoke mixture. Fold in the overhanging dough.

Bake the artichoke quiche in the oven at 200 °C for 40 minutes.
