For the Quiche Lorraine first prepare the dough. To do this, mix all the ingredients for the dough and prepare a shortcrust pastry. Then roll out the dough and place it in a buttered and floured baking dish with a diameter of about 26 cm. Pull the dough up around the edges and prick the bottom of the dough with a fork.
Then fry the bacon in a frying pan. Now spread it on the dough base. Add the cheese and finally the mixture of eggs, milk, cream and spices.
Bake the Quiche Lorraine at 160° C in a preheated oven for about 45 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
