Instructions:

For the chocolate-caramel dumplings, mix all the ingredients, except for the chocolate, for the dumplings. Then cut off some of the dough with a tablespoon, press a chocolate hemisphere into the center and cover with some dough.

Finally, form dumplings and proceed in the same way with the remaining dough. Put the dumplings in boiling water and let them steep for about 10 minutes.

For the crumbs, melt the butter, add the crumbs and mix. Finally, add the cinnamon and sugar and mix together.

For the blueberry sauce, puree the blueberries together with the sugar. Roll the finished dumplings in the breadcrumbs and serve with the sauce.
