Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!

150 g Dried mushrooms in olive oil Sauce: Heat the oil, sauté the shallots and add the mushrooms. Extinguish with wine, boil to half. Add soup and season, simmer for 5 minutes.

Cut tomatoes into tender strips, add to sauce form and cook briefly.

Pasta: Cook in boiling salted water until al dente, drain. Bring the cream to the boil in the same pan, add the saffron. Add tagliatelle, arrange in hot plates, pour sauce on top.

Serve with Parmesan cheese.
